Information you choose to share

When you contact Kaspra, you may provide your name, email address, and a description of your project. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information.

How inquiries work

The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. Your form entries are not submitted to a website server or saved in browser storage. You choose whether to send the email. Once sent, it is handled by your email provider, the email routing service for kasprasystems.com, and the inbox used by Kaspra. Prepared email subjects identify the page you contacted us from; you can edit the subject before sending.

How your information is used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs, and discuss possible work together. Kaspra does not sell your contact information or add inquiry senders to a marketing mailing list.

Technical data and analytics

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. Fonts are hosted with the site. The website does not use advertising trackers or store contact form entries in cookies or browser storage.

Optional website analytics are not currently enabled. Interaction events are available to site code in the current page session; no separate analytics service receives them.

Retention and your choices

Emails may remain in business correspondence for as long as they are needed to follow up on your inquiry or maintain a project relationship, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing callum@kasprasystems.com.
